MAC 60

The Mobec MAC 60 (without battery) is a high-power 60 kW movable DC fast charger designed for commercial EV charging hubs, highway stops, bus depots, and fleet management centres where throughput per unit of floor space is the primary commercial driver. The dual-gun configuration enables simultaneous charging of two vehicles at 30 kW each — or dynamic power sharing that allocates the full 60 kW to a single vehicle when the second gun is idle, maximising revenue per session.

The SiC MOSFET power stage delivers a peak AC-to-DC efficiency of 97.2%, reducing heat generation by 40% compared to legacy IGBT designs and eliminating the need for forced-air cooling during moderate-temperature operation. Liquid-cooled cables (optional) sustain 60 kW delivery at connector temperatures below 50°C even in 45°C ambient conditions. The active thermal management system uses a variable-speed inverter-driven compressor for the cooling loop, consuming up to 60% less cooling energy than fixed-speed systems.

The 10-inch IPS colour touchscreen (1280×800 resolution) provides a fast, intuitive payment experience: tap RFID, scan QR, or initiate UPI payment in under 8 seconds average transaction time. OCPP 2.0.1 compliance with ISO 15118-2 Plug & Charge (PnC) support enables zero-interaction charging for enrolled vehicles. Connectivity: 4G LTE Cat-12 with SIM failover, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6), and Gigabit Ethernet with VLAN tagging. A 4 kV surge protection module (IEC 61000-4-5 Level 4) and Type II SPD on all AC inputs provide field-proven protection at highway and fuel station environments. Requires 3-phase 415 V / 63 A dedicated supply. IP54 rated with IK10 impact resistance. BIS, CE, and IEC 62196-3 certified.
