The Mobec MAC 120 (without battery) is Mobec's most powerful movable EV charging product, delivering 120 kW of DC ultra-fast charging capability in a relocatable trolley format. Designed for high-traffic highway corridors, intercity bus terminals, airport parking, and premium hotel valet facilities, the MAC 120 can charge a typical 60 kWh battery EV from 20% to 80% State of Charge (SoC) in under 30 minutes — and a 100 kWh long-range premium EV at the same SoC window in under 40 minutes.
The dual-output architecture allows full 120 kW on a single CCS2 or CHAdeMO gun, or dynamic 60+60 kW split across both guns simultaneously. Thermal-grade liquid-cooled charge cables maintain connector temperature below 45°C at sustained 120 kW delivery, enabling extended fast-charge sessions without the throttling common in air-cooled systems. The patented active cable pre-conditioning system pre-warms coolant before each session in sub-15°C ambient conditions, preventing viscosity-related flow restrictions.
The modular power architecture (4×30 kW power modules) provides N+1 redundancy — a single module failure reduces output to 90 kW rather than causing total unit downtime, maximising uptime SLA compliance. Individual modules are hot-swappable in under 20 minutes by a certified technician. The 10-inch IPS display with anti-glare coating and 1000 nit brightness is fully readable in direct sunlight. Payment: RFID ISO 14443A/B, NFC ISO 18092, QR code, UPI, and CAN bus-integrated fleet card. OCPP 2.0.1 with ISO 15118-2 PnC and ISO 15118-20 V2X firmware hooks.
