We’re committed to ensuring your experience with Mobec is smooth, transparent, and reliable. Our Return & Cancellation Policy has been designed to support both peace of mind and our shared sustainability goals.

1. Product Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date the product is delivered.

Product Condition: Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, tags, accessories, and a valid proof of purchase.

Return Reasons Covered

a). Damaged or defective items

b). Incorrect product shipped

c). Transit damage reported within 24 hours of delivery

Return Process

a). Email info@mobec.io with your order number, issue details, and photos if applicable.

b). Our support team will verify the case and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

c). Products must be securely packed and shipped as per instructions shared.

Return Shipping

a). If the return is due to Mobec’s error (wrong/defective/damaged product), return shipping is 100% free.

b). For voluntary returns (change of mind, preference), the customer is responsible for return logistics and may be charged a restocking fee (typically 10–15%).

Recycling Services & Subscriptions

Mobec's clean battery recycling and service models require coordination, effort, and cost in scheduling transportation, pickup, and processing. The following policies are designed to streamline services while minimizing resource wastage.

1. Battery Recycling Pickup

Scheduling: Pickups can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
Last-Minute Cancellations: If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the confirmed appointment, a logistics fee may be charged based on your location.
No-Shows: If a team is dispatched and no one is present at the pickup location, it will be treated as a no-show, and the full service fee may be charged.

2. Subscription Services

This applies to services such as:

Charging-as-a-service.
Battery swapping or power delivery subscriptions.
Recycling-as-a-service for fleet partners.
Subscription Cancellation:

1). You may cancel your plan with at least 7 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle.
2). Cancellations made after the billing date will remain active until the end of that cycle, with no partial refunds.
3). If resources (staff, equipment, etc.) have already been deployed based on your subscription, a 100% cancellation charge may apply for the current period.

Exclusions & Special Cases

Non-Returnable Items:

Products marked as Final Sale or "Non-Returnable" on the product page

Customized or made-to-order products

Installation services are not refundable once completed.

Return requests for abused, mishandled, or tampered products will be denied.
