Important: All information on this page, only relates to the orders/bookings done on the Mobec application/webpage and duly served by Mobec / authorized franchise directly.
If cancellation is done by Mobec in an event where the equipment is under maintenance or out of service, no Cancellation Fee shall be charged, and the Total Fee Payable shall be refunded.
If any cancellation is made before 120 minutes of the scheduled booking it will be only partially refunded and 100% cancellation charges will be charged if the booking is canceled anytime when less than 120 minutes are left from the scheduled booking time.
Once the refund is initiated in the application/webpage, it may take additional time for your funds to reflect in your account as per the conditions of your financial institution service provider. See the following table for more details
